Who Am I ?
I provide specialized legal and financial expertise for businesses that are “treading water” and about to undergo a major transition. Typically, clients are at a critical cross-roads where the stakes are high, time is of the essence, and money is running dry. Some have decided to get out from under by selling the business, filing for bankruptcy, or just shutting the doors. They come to me knowing they “have to do something” but the traditional alternatives are not attractive or feasible.
The objective perspective of a proven, discreet resource helps clients make better decisions, faster, and with less risk than trying to figure it out on their own or relying solely on traditional advice from other professionals.
